Hi all, the Horizon Star team will be travelling to the BAC 2012 in October to meet up with all our contacts in the world of online casino gaming. We are hoping to meet up with existing affiliate partners and affiliate programs with whom we already work, and also hoping to work on some new deals with other affiliate programs and affiliates to spread the word about our services.
Affiliates are an important part of the online gaming industry, by working with the affiliate programs independent affiliates can maximise their revenues. There are often small issues that affiliates have with their chosen affiliate programs. Items such as quality of marketing material, variety of banners available, ease of use of the affiliates system. One big gripe of many affiliates is that the Casino Affiliate Programs do not standardise the way they do certain things, especially the “Get Code” facility for marketing material. The code given by the affiliate program to copy and paste into your own website is different for every affiliate program, some you need to alter, some add extra “unwanted div’s”, some use extra styling etc. etc. the list is endless. We feel there should be standardisation of the code so all programs give the same. This would make affiliate life so much easier.

There are many other similar small items that can be improved and we would love to hear from all affiliates about any general comments, concerns or issues like this so that we can compile a list to be discussed at BAC 2012 with all the leading Casino/Poker/Bingo etc. Affiliate Programs.
